I’m a sophomore at Berkeley studying economics and data science. Before that I spent three years building underwater robots in Monterey Bay. This past summer I built AI tools for the Empire State Building’s landlord; right now I’m building CompLens.
Everything I’ve built is below, most recent first.

CompLens
Type an address, get a rent comp memo: nearby multifamily ranked by rent per square foot, with demographics and a map. Building it solo right now.

WAL-SEA
A modular ROV that surveys and vacuums urchins. Four prototypes, seven ocean deployments, one published paper.
CANDI
A Chrome extension that scores a LinkedIn profile against a job description while you read it. Screening went from 28 minutes to 13.

Lease Intelligence
Ask 880 leases a question, get a cited answer back. Its page runs the real app as a sandbox demo on dummy data.

Morimens Team Builder
A deterministic team optimizer for the gacha RPG I play: five D-Tide teams, zero shared units, from what you actually own.
Empire State Realty Trust
AI tools intern for the landlord of the Empire State Building: LOC expiry alerts, Harvey lease abstracts, and the Lease Intelligence prototype.

My best work happens when there’s a spreadsheet and a real conversation in the same room.
